Classic Vintage Stratocaster standard wiring
This does not need much explaination, it is the stock wiring of a
50's/60's Fender Stratocaster -
it is the basis for everything since.
250k Pots were used for the original wiring but it is not locked in
stone.
500k will give a stronger, brighter tone. a more "modern" tone.
.05 (or .047) is the tone control cap used on the old
guitars, it
is a little dark for these days. .
033 or .022 are better choices.
The capacitor is shared by the two tone pots.

The tone pots could be wired with separate
capacitors of different
values for a wider range of tones.
